Who is up for some end of season curry sampling? There have been murmurings of support for a big Mufs meal to celebrate cricketing successes and scrapes avoided, comedy moments and glorious highlights, . Sat 9th was suggested. Alternatives are Fri 8th, Fri 15th or Sat 16th. When could you make it? For me it's: Fri 8th: No Sat 9th: No Fri 15th: Yes Sat 16th: Yes Tally-ho, Nasty, very very nasty

Saturday 9th may be best, although we have a friendly the next day. The following weekend will be in Ramadan, which may preclude the participation of some.

There was chat on the Arran boat that Mr Telly (Amjid to the rest of thee) could arrange another curry spectacular. Well more spectacular than the last one.

I'm liking the 15th or 16th myself, but I feel obliged to remind folks that last time we had an Amjid special we went on to Frankensteins, and there was some kind of gas leak that cleared the dance floor. Are we willing to risk this again?

Can't do 15th or 16th. Would prefer Sat 9th but I know others can't make that.
Highly recommend Gandhi's in East Fountainbridge off Lothian Road. They can seat over thirty but not on one big table. Would work best if there were only 15/16 people. There is also a small overspill corner next to where the big table would be.

Friday the 15th looks like the favourite right now.
And in the poll Khukhuri is leading the way.
Shall give it wednesday then shall book whatever is the People's Choice.

Seem to be out on a limb but can only do Friday the 8th due to various ports of call including Estonia and Finland the following weekend.

Excellent turn out - 23 of us! - good stuff. Hope everyone enjoyed the meal. Thanks to Gowtham for the surprise mini-award ceremony.
Some sights to behold on the Citrus Club dance floor later.
