Club AGM 7 for 7.30 at Ellersley House Hotel on Thursday 1st December.
We desperately need volunteers to step into organisation roles at the club - full details of vacancies to follow here.

We are looking for a new Treasurer (and assistant if possible), a new Child Protection Officer (training courses and Disclosure/PVG required) and members reps.
The Youth section is also requiring further coaching/organisational assistance as it grows in numbers and reputation - we need your help to continue this development (coaching instruction courses avaliable for which the club will assist in funding).
Of course all roles are up for election so you can stand for election for any position but the club does have a gentleman's agreement that you let the secretary and the current post holder know first if you intend to stand.

After much pulling of the heart strings I have decided to stand down as secretary of the club (you dont get rid of me that easily though) as this will give me time to focus on youth development at the club and also in the East Region as a whole. I have been in the Secretary role for 10 years so it seems a good time to let someone else step up to this role. It is intense at times especially pre and post season and maybe as a club we neeed to think about splitting it somehow... but thats all for the AGM... anyone interested and wanting to discuss the role please give me a shout!
