Hi All
As stated on the website this notice confirms that the AGM will be on Thursday 18th November at 7.30 but NOT at the Murrayfield Hotel due to refurbishment works.
The AGM WILL be at the Ellersley House Hotel.
There are a number of folk standing down from the committee and we take this opportunity to thank them for all their hard work.
Positions vacant are:
1st team captain
2nd team captain
Treasurer
1 member representative position
Please consider these posts the club can only survive and flourish if members step forward to help with the running of the club. Please send nominations/applications/indications to me ASAP.
Subs/fees 2011:
The Executive Committee proposes the following taking into account expected increases in 2011 (including VAT rises)
Match fees: Adult: Unchanged
Junior: Unchanged (with exception of U10 Kwik Cricket where nominal £1 charge will be re-introduced to cover expenses)
Subs 2011:
Adult £85 (£5 increase)
Junior £20 (£5 increase - simplifying membership category for all under 16s )
Student/unwaged £45 (on production of appropriate ID)
Winter Nets:
Adults: Free nets to continue if membership paid, if not a fee of £5/£2.50 is to be paid BEFORE participation in that session (to be agreed at AGM)
Junior Nets: Fee payable towards costs
Summer nets:
Adult: FREE
Juniors: Fee payable towards costs
