Scott Anderson

I am sure a number of those who read this Board will remember Scott Anderson who played for London Road/ Murrayfield and in the early days of the current club as well as for SHHD, DAFS I think on occasion and the Public Parks.

Scott was an elegant, successful batsman and a very good captain of London Road.

Sadly, after a short illness Scott died suddenly last night.

I will post funeral details when I know them.

Scott was a good cricketer and a great person to know. He will be much missed

Scott's funeral will take place on Wednesday 14th July at Currie Kirk at noon to be followed by refreshments at Heriot Watt University at Riccarton.

Anyone who knew Scott from his cricketing days will be made very welcome

Scott was still playing when I joined the club in 1997. A lovely man and a stylish batsman.
