I believe an early Mufta nomination for "worst over of the season" might be in order after this one - I had terrible nightmares last night!
Apologies for undoing the previous 19 overs of hard work :-(

Pav
Its a friendly match - don't worry!
Details of 20/20 match - retire at 30, bowling shared around, etc rules applying:
MDAFS 111-9 off 20 overs Sam Ferguson 32 retired, Richie 18, Chris R 23 not. 2-6 for Samab of ESCC
Edinburgh South 112-9 off 19.5 overs. Prabharkar 19, Taylor 15, Padam 12 and a blistering 19 from De Silva at the death. And Mr Extras a horrendous 30 or so. Unfortunantly we couldn't retire him. Wickets for Sam F 2-1-1-2, Sherri 2-0-11-1, Madhu 3-1-3-2, Chris R 2-0-10-1 plus 4 run outs - excellent work from JNB and Bharat. Other bowling JNB 3-0-7-0, Bharat 2-0-8-0, R Sorrell 2-0-9-0, Dan F 3-0-23-0, Pav 0.5-0-22-0.
With ESCC on 90-9 off 19 overs it looked like we would coast home... then a single first ball brought de Silva on strike and a dramatic finish ensued as he hit 6,2,6,3w,4, while surviving an easy run-out chance and a catch on the boundary edge where the fielder just couldn't quite keep their balance and stepped over for a 6. A good spirited game played in sunshine in the end (despite the appearance of The Rainman).
