Sunday Friendly - Sunday 9th May at Berwick

Our first Sunday game of the regular season is against Berwick at Pier Field on Sunday week 9th May with a 2pmish start.

Over the years we have had some good games with Berwick and it is usually a very enjoyable game.

The team nominally meets at Market Street - at the back of Waverley Station no later than 12.15pm to allow time for the journey and ideally we will need three car drivers (or more).

In this case we will also need someone to co-ordinate final arrangements including weather checks as I am not around.

which is encouraging. I need six more players (it was originally three !); confirmation of who has cars (we have two and need another one)and someone willing to act as contact in case of dodgy weather.

As we only have six available plyers known to me as of tonight, I have called the game off.

I have provisionally agreed with Berwick we will try to play there on Sunday 15th August.
