Murrayfield DAFS 1st XI vs Edinburgh Accies, at home at Muirhouse, Saturday 10th May

Hi folks, was good to see my old hunting partner Alec Liddle at nets tonight. He came along for a wee bowl and later adjourned to the Murrayfield for some sports lagers. Therefore, here is this week's 1st eleven, a little bit later and a little bit drunker than usual!!

This week we will be playing a team that was relegated from National League Div 2 last season, most likely with a pro. So, with this high standard of opposition, let's step things up a notch. Another professional performance like last Saturday and we could easily find ourselves climbing to the business end of the table again. Up the Mufs!

Although this is our away fixture, we are nevertheless playing at Roseburn again this week! And the 4s are hosting Livingston on the neighbouring pitch.
