Hi Everybody,

There is a 20ish over internal MUFS friendly to take place at 6pm on Wednesday 23rd April at Roseburn on the grass wicket.

So far, we only have 15 people who have said they will be available to play so there is room for a few more yet. Rajnish and I will pick 2 evenly matched sides from the players who are there on the night and engage in a titanic battle for supremacy using you lot as our hapless pawns.

If you are up for a last bit of practice before the league season gets underway on Saturday then come along on Wednesday at 6pm sharp (we need to get started promptly because it will be dark by about half past 8). Please drop Raj or myself a line to let us know you'll be coming, just to give us an idea of how many people to expect.

i love to play in the mid week game, sadly i picked up a injury last week and my soulder is still sore and i dont want to risk it.

A wee bit disappointed that only 15 could make it to this. So we had a 16 /16 games between MUFS Select 1 (led by Melv) and MUFS Select 2 ( led my me).

Brief scores :

MUFS Select 2 - 78 (Vimal - 22 retired, Manan - 16,Adam -12.Sandeep 2 for 2, Melv 2 for 7, Mangesh 2 for 12)

MUFS Select 1 - 55 (Melv 16,Sandeep 10. Vimal 2 for 6,Asif 2 for 6, Martin W 2 for 8).

MUFS Select 2 won by 23 runs.
