More ESCA AGM details.
A full agenda for the meeting will be sent out nearer the time, but in the interim, I would remind you that the deadline for submission of motions regarding any Rule changes that your club would like to see is 10th October. The same deadline applies for nomination of individuals to serve on the ESCA General or sub-committees. Motions must be proposed and seconded by member clubs of ESCA.
Does anyone in our club wish to propose any motions for our club committee to consider. Motions must be submitted to ESCA by 10 Oct as described above via the Club (Secretary) ie me. If you have any ideas please forward them to me by 30 September to allow time for the Mufs committee to discuss them.
