To confirm ... we have 16 managers, so the prixes will be:

1st place: £24
2nd place: £8
2nd worst manager: £8

OR

if people prefer (& everyone agrees), we could get rid of the "2nd worst" prize, and have:

1st place: £30
2nd place: £10
