what a lovely sunny start to the season we had on saturday
a jolly good turn-out too, 20 of us bishing & bashing the ball around
there must have been close to 500 runs on the day (admittedly for the loss of 30-35 wickets!)
lots of good performances & nice to see some new faces too, really encouraging to see some of their performances, a good sign for the new season
and champagne moment goes to Danny for hitting 4 sixes in a row
roll on the season proper!
