Big team effort required as Carlton, no doubt ,will be looking for revenge for the battering we gave them earlier this season. Defend Fortress Muirhouse with your lives, ye Dogs of War...

[glow=red,2,300]Div 4[/glow] Watsonians 3 Vs Murrayfield-Dafs 2 at Myreside Watsonians 249-6 from 50 overs (P.Kolte 71, A. Gibson 55, Steve Lockhart 47; C. Banks 2-27, S. Coull 2-45, M. Ward 1-36) Murrayfield-Dafs 167ao from 42.3 over (D. Kidd 50, N. Baikie 38, R. Black 22; P. Kolte 4-30, A. Borthwick 2-14, More 1-1) Watsonans 3 (20) beat M-DAFS 2 by 82 runs.An enjoyable game played largely in sunshine (!!!!!) on a good pitch. Watsons batted well and capitalised on some loose balls, but a reasonably good fightback by Mufs. Good to see so many young players in the Watsons team, and to share a drink with a couple of (older) players in the bar after. All played hard but in good spirits, as cricket should be.
[glow=red,2,300]Div 1[/glow] Murrayfield-Dafs 1 Vs Carlton 2 at Muirhouse Mufs 113aoCarlton 106aoMurrayfield-Dafs (20) beat Carlton (8) by 7 runs.I'm sure McBelly will post further details very soon in what sound like a nail-biter!
