Hurrah indeed. Boom Boom............I like that. Refering to my batting or my farting?
And Rich, I believe it's actually illegal to slide in div 7. Really.

maybe not illegal but a slide on Roseburn could result in you requiring a skingraft or much worse

[glow=red,2,300]Div 4[/glow] Holy Cross 2 Vs Murrayfield-Dafs 2 at Arboretum Rd Murrayfield 98 ao from 42.4 overs (R. Black 24, C. Banks 19, A. Amjid 13; Tayyab 3-16, Biswas 3-18, Smith 1-5) Holy Cross 100 for 4 from 24.3 overs (A. Cyzeik 51*, J. Bates 25, R. Bainbridge 18*; A. Baig 2-14, S. Coull 1-17, J. Kapila 1-25) Holy Cross (20) beat Murrayfield (3) by 4 wickets.Poor batting yet again from Murrayfield despite a reasonable start - 38 for the 1st wicket, and a good rebuild effort from a mini-collapse (4-10) only for another collapse to undo the good work (6-15). Well done to Biswas for his hat-trick - has anyone got a hat-trick before with the third wicket falling to a stumping?! It has to be said that barring the openers and Chris B and Amjid, a lack of patience and application was again shown by the Mufs batsmen. Avoiding these collapses is not beyond us! Three ducks is a slight improvement on last week's five, and but equal criticism must fall on the four men to get into double figures for then getting out after doing the hard work in playing themselves in! Well done to Reagan for a good effort in his first league game, and some excellent bowling from Aadil and Stuart at the top of the innings reduced the Cross to 4-3.

Townhill bashing was a bit dull really. pitch made Muirhouse look like a bowling green.
Roll on the ones, Westy the man for a crisis.

Mufs are... whoo-hoo !
Mufs top Division 1 by 10 points.
This is I believe (so I am told) the first time any Mufs, or former DAFS, Murrayfield, London Rd CC team has topped Division 1.
