Hi all Should you have nothing better to do this coming Friday night (21 November), I'll be dusting off my stand-up comedy "skills" in the cellar bar of the Canon's Gait pub on the Royal Mile as part of a variety-type night thingy - full details on www.hatsedinburgh.co.uk/. Other than my ramblings, there are various good things to see, including songs from Murdo Macleod and Tracy Boyle (stunning voice, well worth hearing) and compere Charles Dundas, who may be your local councillor if you happen to live in whatever part of Edinburgh he's the councillor for. Doors open 6.30pm for 7pm start, as far as I know I'm on first after Charles's intro. Tickets a fiver to you, and to anyone else as it happens. Cheers Tom P.S. Given that I haven't quite finalised my act (i.e. have no idea what I'm going to be talking about), any bright ideas are very welcome. P.P.S. The earlier P.S. doesn't apply to Melvyn - there'll be people from my work there and anything you'd suggest would be 99% certain to get me the sack. P.P.P.S. Regan - same goes for you. P.P.P.P.S. And J-P. P.P.P.P.P.S. And Hubbard.
