I'm willing to bet any amount of someone else's money that we don't get to play at the Grange on Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised if the Muirhouse game is called off today too!

My Karma was -4 this morning. Now, Mr Clench posts a couple of messages and lo and behold I'm on -5. Interesting.
The plot thickens...

Hang on a minute, I didn't touch it. Also, it appears to be -6 now so even if I had given you the first smite, I wouldn't have been able to do it again because you can only do one a day. Don't get blaming me, if I'd done it I'd tell you! I'm tempted to put you down to -7 now just to prove that I didn't do either of them.

Interesting chat with Vesty last night. Where some names were named. I won't embarrass anybody by revealing the identities to all, but let the perpetrators be aware, I know who you are...

MUFS 2 game against Falkland 2 - called off (not surprising)
Just got a call from the groundsman that the ground is too wet to be prepared for tomorrow, so the game is off.
Melv - your prediction not far off - just 10 hrs!!!
So everyone selected for MUFS 2 can relax & enjoy (?) their Sat.
All the best for any of MUFS team who can manage the game & MUFS for 20:20 Cup final (hope the weather holds up for this one)
Cheers Raj

Message received from Keith Meakin via Melv.... Ones game at the Grange is called off as the groundsman has not been able to prepare a wicket.

For interest. Some videos of interest from the "match report" from Carlton CCs website of our game against them - video nasties for Asif and Tom batting - but they post up the crucial catches by Sutha and Raj. www.carltoncc.co.uk/TwosvDAFS.htm Don't you just love the balanced journalism in the Carlton match reports? Never a mention of the opposition players' efforts.
